Roger’s coaching has been a life changing experience for me. In 2017 we worked on my BailaMe speech, and I was the finalist at the District 86 International Speech Competition among the other 10 competitors. This was the first time that I told the story of my experience during the war in Former Yugoslavia, when I was in my twenties. As we moved further with the session, I found my subconscious was healing from the war trauma deeply buried inside. Roger’s self discipline and hard work through the process of coaching raised the bar for me and I soon achieved success. I gained new confidence both as a speaker and as a person through Roger’s consistent encouragement, trust in me and his focus on triumph. I am forever grateful that I got to experience working with Roger and his champion style!
